All returns must be in NEW condition. If you wear the wetsuit in the water we will not be able to refund or exchange the wetsuit. Even if it’s “only been worn once” or “you thought it would work but now realize it doesn’t fit right”. If it hits the water or is not in new condition we will not be able to refund or exchange the wetsuit. Sorry, no exceptions. |
- Condition for Returns:
- Items must be in brand-new condition to qualify for a return or exchange.
- If you’ve worn the wetsuit in water, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
- This applies even if it was “only worn once” or “doesn’t fit properly.”
- Timeframe for Returns:
- Items (not marked as FINAL SALE) can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
- Returns after 30 days may incur a 15% restocking fee plus unpaid shipping costs.
- Return Requirements:
- Include the original receipt or invoice with your return.
- You must pay for the return shipping to us. However, we’ll cover shipping for exchanges sent back to you.
- Shipping and handling fees from the original order are non-refundable.
- Unauthorized or collect-on-delivery returns will be refused.
- Packing Instructions:
- Pack wetsuits loosely to avoid creasing.
- Creasing damage may result in a 10%-15% damage fee or denial of the return.
- Additional Notes:
- Returns won’t be accepted if payments are overdue.
- The warranty doesn’t cover damage from sun exposure, poor care, accidents, shark attacks, or natural wear and tear.
- Warranty decisions are at Matuse’s discretion and are limited to repair or replacement.
