It’s been 2 weeks and I’m still waiting for the gloves

Like I said I’m still waiting for the product I spoke with the matuse representative told me to open a claim thru UPS but that service is unavailable.
I reviewed my address and everything is correct so no error on my end.

Love my shabo gloves. "They fit like a glove" like the tabi boots, they slide on with ease. They keep me warm and look great with my Apollo suit. Go ahead and get the hood, because that bad boy is warm and feels great too! 2nd to none.. ichiban.. the best...
