Very warm, so glad I pulled the trigger because this fall was coldddd. I wasn't aware how different the material is than the D'Arc or I would've purchased sooner. The sale helped too ;). It is warmer, lighter and dries way faster. I also love the cut as it has more room for athletic shoulders. Those are the first to go in my other womens suits and then get cold after the material is finally stretched to fit. I'm still getting used to the back zip which does flush occasionally while in the water but I do like that it's easier to get on and off and the inner straps help keep the suit up while changing as I don't wear a bikini underneath. I've only worn it 5 times so far and there's already pilling on the inner chest panel which would've bummed me out if I paid full price.... Also not a fan of key pockets with zippers which seem to come on more expensive suits as an added feature but are bulky and corrode quickly. The regular flap pocket is sleeker to the look and touch and I've never had a key come out so the zipper is unnecessary. Great suit overall, light, warm and comfortable. Curious how it will compare to my Matuse 5/4.
This is clearly one of the best wetsuits I’ve ever owned. Super comfortable super warm and dries really fast.
I’m not a huge fan of the back zip. Would prefer if Matuse made a front zip in the Artemis for women. On the plus side, wetsuit is soft, warm, and dries quickly.
It was not disclosed in the description that the wetsuit was made in 2015. We all know what happens to old neoprene. Unfortunately it is marked final sale so can’t even return now.
I was so excited and it definitely lives up to the hype! Comfy material and I’ve been warm (but not too hot) in the water!!! The only thing I will say is I’m 5’10” and size chart seemed to point to size 10T being best for me, but it is actually a bit big … specifically a bit long. I find extra material bunches up behind my knees which is uncomfy . Otherwise it’s great ! I love the style.
